About RBML
RBML intends to create a digital platform to provide “Freight as a Service” by aggregating demand from Shippers and providing service through third-party trucks. The platform will enable receipt of payment from Shippers and payment to transporter through RBML.
At RBML we shall bring value to Fleet Owners (Owners) & Freight Partners (transporters/aggregators/brokers) by bringing better Truck utilization & stronger margins. What will you do?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced organization with a vision to build a strong Logistics ecosystem. As a Business Analyst- M&A Strategy, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and projection for companies and corporations. You will forecast future revenues and expenditures to establish cost structures and determine capital budgeting for projects
Core Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze the competitive landscape to identify and lead Merger and Acquisition transactions for potential targets.
- Understand the broader market context & what is happening in the organization and use this insight to identify growth avenues
- Spot, target, and land value-enhancing acquisitions and strategic partnerships; Bring in through leadership into the organization on mergers and acquisitions
- Manage due diligence, oversee the preparation of bid documents, term sheets, and other legal documentation; participate in negotiations and discussions on structures and commercial aspects of the deal; finalize and execute the structures of the deal
- Creating investment proposals, along with supporting analysis and findings
- Assist in developing proposals for mergers, asset or company divestitures or acquisitions and related advisory services
- The performing company, industry, market, and competitor research, and due diligence
- Draft board memos and presentations for senior management and other key stakeholders as part of transactions and strategic reviews
- Stay abreast of current financial and operational issues impacting Jio-bp FaaS performance
- Working directly with senior management teams, board members, and stakeholders throughout all phases of transaction advisory and execution
- Monitor trends in publishing and media including peer performance
- Proven success at influencing and leading resources across multiple functions, workgroups, and management levels

- Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience as a business/ financial analyst
- Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills
- Good at Market analyses and analyzing both product lines, competitors, and the overall profitability of the business
- Good at creating strategy docs, Notes for approval, and presentations for CXOs
- Strategic thinking
- Great presentation skills
- Ability to influence and persuade and ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
