Drive end-to-end execution of approved resolution plan for NPAs under management
Seek legal counsel on documentation, litigation matters, etc.
Responsible for due diligence of prospective investors in relation to the resolution of particular assets
Close coordination with NARCL and the Legal team for litigation, Interact with advocates for filing recovery suits, initiating action under SARFAESI Act, NCLT, IBC, attending DRT, DRAT, Magistrate Court, Session Court, etc.
Prepare periodic review reports of existing portfolio companies to the management
Support Team Leads – Resolutions to liaison with various stakeholders to implement approved plan/strategy for resolution and recovery.
Review teasers/ dockets/ presentations for prospective investors to solicit Expression of Interest for resolution of assets
Qualification
CA/ CFA/ MBA (Finance)
Experience
Minimum 10 years in stressed asset resolution/restructuring/corporate finance
Functional & Behavioural Requirements
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Excel-based financial modeling/projections/ crisp power point skills
Ability to envisage various probable scenarios in the context of resolution
Negotiation and Influencing skills
Strong understanding of large ticket financing/ Bank lending ecosystem in India
Ability to take decisions in an ambiguous environment
Thorough understanding of resolution architectures & regulations governing NPA resolution – SARFESI Act, IBC, NCLT, RBI, etc.
