We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to direct product development and ensure a high return on investment (ROI). You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.

What are you bringing to the table:
You own one/more fulfillment platform(s) end-to-end. You are responsible for building and improving the machinery and components of those platforms.
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, across businesses, to understand the organization’s fulfillment needs, create product plans and a roadmap for your products
Turn high-level requirements into executables. Constantly create, maintain, and own backlogs to deliver with your tech team.
Proactively identify ongoing opportunities to increase efficiency, improve the usability of existing products, and evaluate new functionality/capabilities to fill identified gaps.
Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision.
Suggest ways to track product use and its impact on end users.
Potentially lead a team of product managers.
What You’ll Need
A demonstrated record of strong product management and driving results.
Strong quantitative reasoning skills and ability to proactively deep dive and dig into data and KPIs to product insights and learnings.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams with ease.
Prior experience in building fulfillment tools, scalable platforms, and complex products.
Ability to look at the big picture and think long term, while ensuring that short-term goals are met.
Have 4+ years of relevant experience in products.
A good understanding of tech and ability to work and communicate with tech teams.
