Job Responsibilities
Research social and professional networking sites, job boards, web searches, referrals, and industry-specific sources to identify and source candidates.
Work with hiring managers to determine the requirements for each open position.
Develop position-specific screening questionnaires.
Conduct preliminary interviews and online assessments to shortlist candidates with the right fit.
Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and open positions.
Schedules interviews, and follow-ups with Hiring Managers and Candidates.
Conduct HR round of interviews.
Salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and follow-up with candidates to ensure joining.
Ensure a smooth new hire onboarding process by coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
Complete all new hire paperwork quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
Carry out reference and background checks for new hires.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.

Education
A full-time Bachelors’/Masters’ Degree from a recognized university, or extensive prior experience in Technical Recruitment.
Experience
7+ years in as a Technical Recruiter.
Experience interviewing and assessing potential hires for technology positions.
Experience developing and executing recruiting and branding strategies.
