Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Research social and professional networking sites, job boards, web searches, referrals, and industry-specific sources to identify and source candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers to determine the requirements for each open position.
  • Develop position-specific screening questionnaires.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and online assessments to shortlist candidates with the right fit.
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and open positions.
  • Schedules interviews, and follow-ups with Hiring Managers and Candidates.
  • Conduct HR round of interviews.
  • Salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and follow-up with candidates to ensure joining.
  • Ensure a smooth new hire onboarding process by coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
  • Complete all new hire paperwork quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Carry out reference and background checks for new hires.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.

Education

  • A full-time Bachelors’/Masters’ Degree from a recognized university, or extensive prior experience in Technical Recruitment.

Experience

  • 7+ years in as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Experience interviewing and assessing potential hires for technology positions.
  • Experience developing and executing recruiting and branding strategies.
